After my book was launched in October 2017, God gave me this little dream. The dream was for women of all ages, from 12-112, to gather together and learn to CHOOSE John 10:10.

The task seemed impossible. I was starting a Graduate program in Educational Leadership (Administration), teaching full time, leading my English Department, being a mom, attempting to be a good wife, you guys know the story. You’ve all been there.
So I shared my heart with my husband.
And let me tell you.
In five minutes he was on the phone with The Grand Wayne Center downtown, getting quotes for prices.
He has always empowered my dreams. But the dreams, they only work if they are God dreams. And this was definitely a God dream.
Fast forward to January 2019. How was this ALL GOING TO HAPPEN? Thanks to several anonymous donors and 12 amazing, powerful, women of God who helped lead, The Choose Conference was planned and executed in less than four months.
Yes.
Only God.
It was a day of interactive worship and teaching unlike any conference I’ve attended before. Teens and women were TOGETHER, learning, laughing, praying, going on adventures, giving each other “Choose” fist bumps, and pushing themselves out of their comfort zones.
It was epic, people.
What a celebration of God’s goodness. A day to challenge ALL OF US to choose Jesus over everything else in our lives.
