The Plunge is a weekly challenge to live the best life, choose joy, and treat every day as if it is the BEST DAY EVER.
Let’s go for it, people. Let’s CHOOSE to live our lives in meaningful, intentional ways. I DARE YOU to take this week’s Plunge.

Every week you will be challenged to at least three different plunges. They could be everything from a spiritual plunge to a kindness plunge – but they will all challenge you to live choosing joy – making every day the best day ever. Small changes lead to big changes. If you really knew me you would be able to pull away my skin, peek around my ribs, and measure the beat of my heart. You would find that pumping out is deep red passion for loving, helping, inspiring and motivating kids.
